High earning potential in an international nightlife environment

The Night Society offers high earning potential across its club network. The exact payment system varies by position and location, so the details are explained individually during the recruitment process.

This gives you the possibility to choose not only the country and city, but also the type of work that best matches your personality, experience and goals.

Dancer job: strip club work without sexual services

If you apply for the dancer position, you will work as a strip club dancer and also communicate and interact with guests as part of the nightlife experience.

No sexual services are part of the dancer job.

This makes the role suitable for women who are comfortable with dancing, presentation and guest interaction, but do not want to provide sexual services.

No experience? You can still apply

Previous experience is not required. Training and team support are provided, so you can also apply if this would be your first job in the nightlife industry.

The most important things are a positive attitude, good presentation, willingness to learn and a responsible approach to work.

Who are we looking for?

You can apply if you:

• are 18 years or older,
• take pride in your appearance and presentation,
• are friendly and polite,
• enjoy communicating with people,
• can communicate in English,
• are willing to learn,
• approach your work responsibly.

Your first month of accommodation is free

Accommodation is available for team members and the first month is free of charge.

From the second month onward, accommodation is paid. The exact conditions are discussed with you during recruitment based on the location you choose.

The work takes place exclusively at night, making this an opportunity specifically for people who enjoy the atmosphere and rhythm of the nightlife industry.

You can currently choose from clubs in:

• Spain: Benidorm
• Czech Republic: Prague
• Switzerland: Zurich
• Poland: Gdansk, Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan and Wroclaw

Support when starting work abroad

If you choose a position outside your home country, The Night Society provides help with the formalities involved in starting work abroad.

The working conditions are legal, and the practical details of your chosen position, location, payment system and accommodation are explained before you start.

The company also places importance on safety and support during work, so applicants are not expected to navigate a new working environment alone.

Choose the location and position that suit you

One of the main advantages of The Night Society is flexibility at the recruitment stage. You are not applying for one single club or one single position.

You can indicate where you would like to work and which position interests you most, and the recruitment team will discuss the available opportunity with you.

What should you send when applying?

Please include:

• your preferred location,
• your first name and age,
• the position you are interested in,
• your email address,
• your phone number.
