The Tate brothers face more charges

Tate is currently under house arrest, and the prosecutor's office is considering new charges against him: for example, sexual relations with minors and human trafficking involving minors.

Two women, unrelated to the Romanian court case, have now told the BBC that Tate raped them while he was still living in Luton.

One of them said she started dating the man in 2013, and after a few meetings, Tate went to her place.

– he said to her while kissing her. According to the woman, Tate then grabbed her by the throat, pushed her against the bed and began choking her before raping her.

In the messages seen by the BBC, the man wrote things like "he likes to rape others."

The woman, along with two other victims, pressed charges against him, but police decided in 2019 that there was insufficient evidence to press charges.

Another woman told the paper that she first met Andrew Tate in Luton around 10 years ago, but only saw him as a one-night stand.

A few months later they ran into each other again and Tate went up to her place where they spent the night together. However, during the act, Tate began to strangle her.

I remember gasping for air.

– said the woman, who eventually passed out due to strangulation. When she regained consciousness, she noticed that Tate had continued the act, raping her while she was unconscious.

The influencer previously stated that he "never hurt anyone, because that is not characteristic of him".

Andrew Tate has been getting more and more followers in recent years by speaking on TikTok and YouTube about the subordinate role of women and the need to control them.

A British woman claimed to the BBC that Tate's younger brother tried to involve her in this sex work, and she finally agreed.

She lived with other women in Romania, where "even though we didn't have a room, everything belonged to Tristan and Andrew, and they slept in our bedrooms if they wanted," she said.

The woman's claims are consistent with those in prosecutors' files about the Tate brothers' network: the women were subject to strict rules and were constantly monitored by the men.
